Pilates Mat Training
Monday 9:00 to 10:00 (level II) Monday 12:30 to 13:30 (Level I) Wednesday 19:00 to 20:00 (Level I)
This diversified group training on the Mat is composed of more than 500 exercises who in turn offer variation possibilities which adapt to different fitness levels. This extensive repertoire provides the means to strengthen the core, tone the muscles and develop flexibility and coordination. In addition, the slow pace of the exercises relaxes the mind and soul.
Pilates Reformer Training
Wednesdays 10:20 to 11:20 (level II) Wednesdays 11:30 to 12:30 (level I)
A reformer is a special apparatus that allows for a wide variety of movements in full range of motion and with increasing levels of difficulty which help you develop greater strength, improved balance and ease of motion. This machine is also particularly effective for rehabilitation from chronic or traumatic injuries. Participation is limited to five students per class.
