Personal Training

Instruction is provided on a one-on-one basis by one of our qualified personal trainer and can include fitness assessments, individual exercise programs, nutritional advice and weight management. The training program will include the use of Pilates machines and accessories, the use of standard fitness machines and/or outdoor endurance training.

We help you analyze and restructure your eating habits, taking into consideration your life style, with the aim to find the most suitable combination for you to reach your objective

Private Pilates Training

You can choose individual or semi-individual training sessions under the guidance and supervision of a qualified Pilates personal trainer. The aim is to focus on your individual needs while rapidly reaching maximum efficiency and a high level of movement technique. The exercises will include the use of the 5 main Pilates machines and other related accessories.
