Welcome to Personal-Line!

Personal-Line is a full-service Pilates and personal training studio located in the center of Bern.

We offer private Pilates lessons as well as group classes with certified Pilates instructors for individuals of all ability levels. Our Pilates equipment includes ladder barrel, cadillac, chair and 5 reformers for group reformer classes. We will also use accessories such as rolls, magic circles, terabands and balls to enhance mat classes. 

Our personal training concept includes the Pilates method while adding the use of cardio equipement, outdoor excercise such as nordic walking, jogging or biking. So if want to improve your health and well being with the Pilates method, come and see us. We are looking forward to training with you.
